Swiss Côte de Bœuf

Sometimes, you do not need a trend – just a classic that delivers. 

Throughout February and March, we are serving Swiss Côte de Bœuf at aigu – hot, succulent, and served straight from the wooden board.
 
A classic just the way we like it: served on a wooden board with haricots verts amandine, crisp fries, and homemade Café de Paris butter. 

We are also pleased to serve the sides and sauce à discrétion.
